適格性

• 年齢（下限）/ Age minimum: 45歳以上
• 年齢（下限）/ Age minimum: 45years-old
• 年齢（上限）/ Age maximum: Not applicable
• 性別 / Gender: 男女両方
• 性別 / Gender: Male and Female

選択基準 / Include criteria

1) 同意取得時の年齢が45歳以上
2) 球面度数（自覚的屈折検査値）が-1D～-3D（軽度近視）、または-3D～-6D（中等度近視）、-6D～-9D（強度近視）で、矯正視力が1.0以上得られる方
3) 乱視（円柱度数）は球面度数の1/2以下
4) 両眼の観察が可能な者
5) 研究期間の通院が可能な患者（初回、レンズ装用８日目の二回通院）
6) 研究期間中、自宅等において３～４時間のレンズ装用ができる方
7) ソフトコンタクトレンズ装用中の方
8) 医師の指示や説明を理解し、同意が取得できる方

除外基準 / Exclude criteria

1) マルチフォーカルコンタクトレンズを使用中の者
2) 乱視用コンタクトレンズを使用中の者
3) ハードコンタクトレンズを使用中の者
4) コンタクトレンズの装用が不可と判断された者
5) 角膜内皮細胞検査が2,000個/mm2以下
6) 角膜径10mm以下
7) 屈折異常および老視以外に視機能に影響を及ぼす眼疾患のある者
8) 妊婦、授乳中の女性あるいは妊娠の計画がある女性
9) 免疫疾患のある患者(AIDS、自己免疫疾患)あるいは糖尿病患者
10) 眼科専門医の指示に従うことができない者
11) 極度に神経質な者
12) 複数の検査に耐えられない者
13) その他、眼科専門医が本品装用に不適と判断した者

• 除外基準 / Exclude criteria: 1) multifocal CLs users 2)toric CLs users 3) usershard CLs users 4) Subjects who cannot wear a contact lens 5) Corneal endothelial cell density < 2000/ mm2 6) Corneal diameter < 10 mm 7) Subjects who have ocular diseases affecting visual function except for refractive error and presbyopia 8) A pregnant woman, a woman nursing or woman with the plan of the pregnancy 9) The patient (AIDS, autoimmune disease) with the immune disease or diabetic 10) The person who cannot follow the instructions of the ophthalmologist 11) Extremely nervous persons 12) Person who are not able to undergo examinations 13) In addition, the person who are judged unsuitable to use pinhole contact lens by ophthalmologists
