• 介入1: オマリズマブ 300mg/4週間、3回投与

適格性

• 年齢（下限）/ Age minimum: 20歳以上
• 年齢（下限）/ Age minimum: 20years-old
• 年齢（上限）/ Age maximum: Not applicable
• 性別 / Gender: 男女両方
• 性別 / Gender: Male and Female
• 選択基準 / Include criteria: 抗ヒスタミン剤内服やステロイド外用により十分な治療効果を得られていない患者。

除外基準 / Exclude criteria

・登録前3カ月以内に高容量ステロイド薬を含む免疫抑制剤を有する薬剤を投与された患者。
・重篤な内臓疾患・精神疾患の患者。
・妊婦および授乳中の婦人、または妊娠している可能性のある女性。
・その他、主治医が本研究の参加が不敵当と判断した患者。

• 除外基準 / Exclude criteria: patients orally administrated immune suppressants or high-dose steroid within three months. patients suffering from severe visceral diseases and mental disorders patients who is pregnant or breast-feed patients judged inadequate to this study
