適格性

• 年齢（下限）/ Age minimum: 20歳以上
• 年齢（下限）/ Age minimum: 20years-old
• 年齢（上限）/ Age maximum: Not applicable
• 性別 / Gender: 男女両方
• 性別 / Gender: Male and Female

選択基準 / Include criteria

1)　舌原発の扁平上皮癌と診断されている（舌根がんは除く）。
2)　舌亜全摘術、または舌全摘術が行われる。
3)　遊離皮弁移植により再建手術が行われる。
4)　初回の口腔内再建手術である。
5)　切除範囲が以下のいずれかに及ばない。
・ 下顎区域切除
・ 軟口蓋全層切除
・ 喉頭摘出
・ 皮膚切除
6)　既往に以下のいずれかの内視鏡的切除術以外の手術歴を有しない。
・ 中咽頭がん
・ 下咽頭がん
・ 喉頭がん
7)　既往に食道、または胃の内視鏡的切除術以外の手術歴を有しない。
8)　登録日に活動性の重複がんを有しない。
9)　遠隔転移がない。
10)　根治切除が可能である。
11)　登録日の年齢が20歳以上である。
12)　研究参加について患者本人から文書で同意が得られている。

除外基準 / Exclude criteria

1)　Performance Status（PS）がECOGの規準で2以上である。
2)　重篤な合併症を有する。
3)　医師が研究への参加を不適当と判断する。

• 除外基準 / Exclude criteria: 1) ECOG performance status score 2 - 4. 2) Patients with severe condition. 3) Patients who are considered to be ineligible by referring physician.
