• 副次評価項目 / Secondary outcomes: 疾患間のQOLの比較、治療法によるQOLの比較、QOLと合併症との比較。関連ホルモンの基礎値、負荷試験結果、蓄尿検査結果ならびに体重や高血圧など臨床所見の変化とQOL変化との関連
• 副次評価項目 / Secondary outcomes: Comparison in quality of life between each diseases, treatments, complications. Relation between change in quality of life and endocrinological findings or clinical presentation.

適格性

• 年齢（下限）/ Age minimum: 20歳以上
• 年齢（下限）/ Age minimum: 20years-old
• 年齢（上限）/ Age maximum: Not applicable
• 性別 / Gender: 男女両方
• 性別 / Gender: Male and Female
• 選択基準 / Include criteria: クッシング症候群、サブクリニカルクッシング症候群、原発性アルドステロン症、非機能性副腎皮質腺腫のいずれかの診断を新たに受けた症例を対象とする。

除外基準 / Exclude criteria

①　本研究参加に同意が得られない患者
②　感染症、肝疾患、腎疾患など内分泌学的評価に影響を来す疾患を有する患者
③　研究責任者が被験者として不適当と判断した患者

• 除外基準 / Exclude criteria: Patients who don't accept participation. Patients who have the disease that influence endocrine tests, such as infectious, hepatic, and renal diseases. Patients who are inappropriate for this study by research director.
