Primary OutcomeAbsorption rate about 5 months after sinus lift compared with after surgery by CBCT image analysis New bone formation measured by histology

Key inclusion & exclusion criteria

Age minimum>= 20age old
Age maximum< 90age old
GenderBoth
Include criteria1. Patients who want to recive dental implant treatments 2. Patients aged 20 to 90 at the time of registration 2. Patients who have loss of maxillary posteriot tooth and planned sinus lift with lateral approach 3. The vertical height of available bone is less than 3mm 4. Patients have provided written consent of their own free will to participate
Exclude criteria1. Patients with acute or chronic inflammation at the treatment site 2. Patients with lacking the ability to make decisions 3. Patients with drug allergies 4. Pregnant women, patients who may be pregnant, or patients who are breastfeeding 5. Patients participating in clinical trials or other clinical research 6. Patients with uncontrolled metabolic diseases 7. Patients with blood disorders 8. Patients who are taking long-term steroids or immunosuppressants for autoimmune diseases 9. Patients taking bone resorption inhibitors 10. Patients undergoing radiation therapy 11. Patients who are smoking at the time of informed consent 12. Other patients deemed inappropriate by the principal investigator or subinvestigator
