Intervention(s)

Intervention group: Toothbrushing instructions(TBI), professional mechanical tooth cleaning(PMTC) and Clearfill megabond FA coating were carried out 4 times (treatment 1-4) with an interval of 3(2-4) months.
Control group: TBI, PMTC and topical application of fluoride were carried out 4 times (treatment 1-4) with an interval of 3(2-4) months.

Outcome(s)

• Primary Outcome: caries progression rate after 12 months from first treatment
• Secondary Outcome: caries progression rate after 3, 6, 9 months from first treatment

Key inclusion & exclusion criteria

• Age minimum: >= 3age old
• Age maximum: <= 6age old
• Gender: Both
• Include criteria: Patient with initial dental caries on upper deciduous anterior teeth
• Exclude criteria: Patients who are difficult to treat due to extremely poor cooperation with dental treatment
