Intervention(s) | *control group: After mechanical debridement and air-abrasion, the peri-implant pocket is irrigated with normal saline on surgical date, 10 (6-14) days after the treatment, and 2 times with an interval of 7 (5-9) days. *a-PTD group: After mechanical debridement and air-abrasion, the peri-implant pocket is given photodynamic therapy with FotoSan630 using FotoSanAgent as photosensitizer on surgical date, 10 (6-14) days after the treatment, and 2 times with an interval of 7 (5-9) days. |

Primary Outcome | Changes in pus discharge volume at day 7. |
