Outcome(s)

• Primary Outcome: Effectiveness
• Secondary Outcome: Changes in the composition of Lactobacillus species in the endometrial microbiome.

Key inclusion & exclusion criteria

• Age minimum: >= 20age old
• Age maximum: <= 39age old
• Gender: Female

Include criteria

1. Patients undergoing IVF and embryo transfer at our OB/GYN department.
2. Patient who have good frozen embryos by egg retrieval surgery.
3. Patient scheduled for a single embryo transfer.

Exclude criteria

1. Patients with a diagnosis of chronic endometritis made by endometrial pathology.
2. Patients with ovarian Insufficiency.
3. Patients with endometrial polyps on hysteroscopy.
