Key inclusion & exclusion criteria

• Age minimum: >= 18age old
• Age maximum: <= 65age old
• Gender: Both
• Include criteria: In patients with acute and chronic liver failure over 18 years old

Exclude criteria

1.Under 18 years old
2.Preoperative hospital admission due to liver failure
3.MELD score more than 31
4.Detection of donor feces with ESBL positive
5.Inappropriate cases
