Intervention(s)Intervention group: Insert of antimicrobial(MINOCYCLINE) penetrated collargen plug(TERUPLUG) for post-extraction tooth socket, close the wound, and remove sutures 1 week later. Control group: Insert of collargen plug(TERUPLUG) for post-extraction tooth socket, close the wound, and remove sutures 1 week later.

Primary OutcomeIncidence of MRONJ 2 months later after tooth extraction
Secondary OutcomeAssociation of investigation factors and onset of MRONJ

Include criteriaPatients receiving ZOMETA or RANMARK therapy who are planned to undergo tooth extraction
