• Intervention(s): The use of PHR "e-Diabetes Diary" indicating the self-measuring health data and electric health records with (intervention) or without (control) encouraging messages via smart speaker

Outcome(s)

• Primary Outcome: Recording frequency of body weight, physical activity, self-monitoring blood glucose, and blood pressure.
• Secondary Outcome: The change of stage in transtheoretical model, and the changes of body weight, number of steps, HbA1c, and systolic / diastolic blood pressures.

Key inclusion & exclusion criteria

• Age minimum: >= 18age old
• Age maximum: < 80age old
• Gender: Both

Include criteria

Has been diagnosed with Type 2 Diabetes Is a daily smartphone user
Has given written consent to participate in the research
