Intervention(s)A single intranasal irradiation with narrowband UVB (310 nm) irradiation at a dose of 600 mJ/cm2 using phototherapy device equipped with LED (developed by Daiichi Medical).

Outcome(s)

Primary OutcomeChanges in mRNA levels of histamine H1 receptor and allergy-related cytokines such as IL-4, 5 and 33.
Secondary OutcomeNasal symptoms and macroscopic findings of nasal mucosa.

Key inclusion & exclusion criteria

Age minimum>= 20age old
Age maximum< 65age old
GenderBoth
Include criteria1) Adult patients aged 20 or above. 2) Patients who were diagnosed as allergic rhinitis.
Exclude criteria1) Patients with serious complications 2) Patients who was excluded by investigators
