Intervention(s)Tooth preparation: insurance publication in the future , abutment construction is resin core or the metal core with the silver alloy (in the case of metal allergy, no use the metal core, use the resin core). Crown making with PEEK materials , in order of the design with the scanner, a design by the CAD and cutting by CAM. Intra oral trial and proper adjustment: after adjustment in oral cavity, polishing crown. After alumina sand blast process or laser groove process to inner surface of the crown, setting with MMA type adhesive resin cement.

Outcome(s)

Primary OutcomeOne month, three and six months after setting PEEK crown, crack/fracture of crown, falling of crown, condition of occlusal contact, pain, secondary caries, condition of occlusal surface of crown, dislocated crown color, attached dental plaque, condition of marginal gingiva, occlusal surface of antagonistic teeth, interproximal contact, necessity of retreatment, satisfaction of the patient.
Secondary OutcomeThis material has been used in the field of foreign countries or medical department, and is guessed safely for subjects, but confirms presence of the expression of the side effect of gingiva, the mucous membrane disease.

Include criteriaAt the time of the agreement, patient of 20 years or older. Upper or lower molar, single crown (connected two crowns, possible), antagonistic teeth are necessary (material do not matter). Around 3mm height of abutment tooth after preparation. Acquire a document agreement for the participation of the study.
Exclude criteriaAbutment tooth of the partial denture. Severe periodontal disease (pockets more than 6mm, bone resorption, attachment loss more than tooth root long 1/2 more than furcation involvement 2 degrees). Inappropriate though a study partaker or member (of a research project) carried out this study.
