Intervention(s)Hydrogen-containing jelly group: Hydrogen-containing jelly is swallowed without chewing three times a day (morning, noon, night) for 28 consecutive days. Hydrogen-free jelly (placebo) group: Hydrogen-free jelly (placebo) is swallowed without chewing three times a day (morning, noon, night) for 28 consecutive days.

Outcome(s)

Primary OutcomeSelf-administered questionnaire on depressive symptoms (Beck Depression Inventory: BDI, Patient Health Questionnaire-9: PHQ-9), cognitive function test by interview (Montreal Cognitive Assessment: MoCA-J)
Secondary OutcomeStress assessment by voice reading (Mind Monitoring System: MIMOSIS)

Age minimum>= 70age old
Age maximumNot applicable

Include criteriaPersons over 70 years old
Exclude criteria1. Persons who drink hydrogen water regularly 2. Persons who have gelatin allergy 3. Persons who have difficulty in swallowing
