| Intervention(s) | Toluidine blue will be applied to the posterior two-thirds of the tongue dorsum in 6 locations at 1 cm intervals (the diameter: 5mm) and waits for 5 minutes. Then, the irradiation will be performed each portion for 10 seconds. |
