• Intervention(s): EMS training for lower leg muscles.

Outcome(s)

• Primary Outcome: Muscle strength of lower legs.
• Secondary Outcome: Nerve conduction study parmeters, SF-36, Gait analysis, Muscle volume, Thickness of lower leg muscles, Muscle echogenisity of lower leg muscles.

Key inclusion & exclusion criteria

• Age minimum: >= 20age old
• Age maximum: Not applicable
• Gender: Both
• Include criteria: Adult Charcot-Marie-Tooth disease patients who can walk with or without support

Exclude criteria

1) Past history of injury in legs.
2) Taking EMS training.
3) Having neuromuscular disease, alchoholism, and taking drugs that affect neuromuscluar function.
4) Using the pacemaker.
5) Implanted metal in the body.
6) Being pregnant or breastfeeding.
7) Inappropriate participation for keeping safe.
