Age minimum>= 20age old

Include criteriaMedial osteoarthritis with Kellgren-Lawrence grade 3-4 Patients undergoing TKA Over 20 years old Consent form is obtained for participation
Exclude criteriaLateral osteoarthritis Severe deformity requing bone graft or augmentation Rheumatoid arthritis Dementia Patient who were disqualified based on the physician's judgement
