| Include criteria | Medial osteoarthritis with Kellgren-Lawrence grade 3-4 Patients undergoing TKA Over 20 years old Consent form is obtained for participation |
| Exclude criteria | Lateral osteoarthritis Severe deformity requing bone graft or augmentation Rheumatoid arthritis Dementia Patient who were disqualified based on the physician's judgement |
