Include criteria

Patients admitted to the department of shiga medical university for heart failure or pulmonary embolism or aneurysm
Forced breathing, deep breathing, breath holding are possible in standing or supine position.
Informed consent for clinical trial (document).
Healthy individuals

Exclude criteria

Pregnant woman
Patients are judged not to participate in this study by the attending physician
Patients with an implantable pacemaker or implantable cardioverter-defibrillator
