• Primary Outcome: 1, quality of PET images; 2, quantitative values of PET; 3, accuracy of fusion images; 4, artifacts on MR images.

Key inclusion & exclusion criteria

• Age minimum: >= 20age old
• Age maximum: Not applicable
• Gender: Both

Include criteria

Subjects older than 20 years who gave informed consent.
And subjects who meet one of the following conditions.
1) Subjects with malignant tumors or Intractable epilepsy, who are scheduled to undergo PET/CT.
2) Subjects with neurodegenerative disease, dementia, atherosclerosis.
3) Healthy volunteers.

• Exclude criteria: Subjects who are not able to undergo PET/CT or MR.
