Intervention(s)The Robotic training group receives the training using the Balance Exercise Assist Robot 80 minutes per day and a conventional therapy for 100 minutes per day, 21 days. The Conventional training group receives the conventional balance training 80 minutes per day and a conventional therapy for 100 min per day, 21 days.

Secondary Outcome1) Muscle strength in lower extremity 2) Grip power 3) Berg Balance Scale 4) Gait speed (maximum) 5) Timed Up and Go Test 6) Range of motion (hip, knee, and ankle joints) 7) Pain 8) Mini Mental State Examination 9) Japanese version of Montreal cognitive assessment 10) Satisfaction of the exercise

Key inclusion & exclusion criteria

Age minimum>= 65age old
Age maximum< 90age old
GenderBoth
Include criteria1) More than one week after surgery 2) Those are able to standing for more than 90 seconds 3) Those are able to walk more than 10 m by supervision 4) Those are able to stand still on the Balance Exercise Assist Robot 5) Height: 140 to 190 cm, weight: 35 to 100 kg
Exclude criteria1) Inability to follow instructions 2) History of central nervous system disease 3) Medical conditions that might deteriorate with exercise 4) Physical conditions that might disturb the safe training
