• Intervention(s): Perfusion measurement with C-arm including radiation exposure and contrast medium injection

Outcome(s)

• Primary Outcome: ASPECTS score from DynaCT Perfusion in comparison to that from MRI

Secondary Outcome

Five scales score of dyna ct perfusion images in comparison to CT perfusion images
TICI grade after revascularization
MRS after three months
kidney function on the day after treatment

Key inclusion & exclusion criteria

• Age minimum: >= 20age old
• Age maximum: Not applicable
• Gender: Both

Include criteria

1)Patients who receive angiography examination or endovascular treatment
2) Patients themselves or their substitutes agreed and signed to participate the study

Exclude criteria

1)Patients with declined kidney function (eGFR<45)
2)Patients with potential allergy for contrast medium
