• Intervention(s): One drop of brimonidine/brinzolamide fixed-combination ophthalmic suspension and one drop of brimonidine/timolol fixed-combination ophthalmic solution.

Outcome(s)

• Primary Outcome: Changes in higher-order aberrations 1 minute after eye drop
• Secondary Outcome: Changes in higher-order aberrations up to 3-15 minutes after eye drop, change in backscatter up to 15 minutes after eye drop, impressions of use, and adverse events.

Key inclusion & exclusion criteria

• Age minimum: >= 20age old
• Age maximum: < 60age old
• Gender: Both

Include criteria

1)Parsons with written informed consent obtained after adequate explanation on participating the study
2)Male or female healthy adults between the ages of 20 and 60

Exclude criteria

1)Persons with ocular surface diseases (keratoconus, dry eye, etc.)
2)Women who are pregnant, lactating, may be pregnant, or planning to be pregnant during the study period
3)Patients with bronchial asthma, a history of bronchial asthma, or patients with bronchospasm or serious chronic obstructive pulmonary disease
4)Patients with heart diseases
5)Patients with serious renal impairment
6)Allergies or other drug sensitivities
7)Parsons who have been considered inappropriate as study subjects by doctor
