• Intervention(s): AMIPAREN 200ml, three times a day, three days

Outcome(s)

• Primary Outcome: AKI by postoperative 7 days
• Secondary Outcome: surrogate AKI, eGFR, urine output, RRT, ICU days, hospital days, death

Key inclusion & exclusion criteria

• Age minimum: >= 20age old
• Age maximum: Not applicable
• Gender: Both

Include criteria

1)Patients who are going to be performed open surgical repair for thoracic aortic aneurysm or thoracoabdominal aortic aneurysm
2)Patients aged over 20 at the time of consent
3)Patients who are going to admit to ICU after surgery
4)Written informed consent

Exclude criteria

1)Hemodialysis patients
2)Preoperative eGFR<15ml/min/1.73m2
3)Patients who are not permitted to admit AMIPAREN
4)Pregnant woman, Nursing mother
5)Emergent surgery
6)Other patients that the research doctor deems inappropriate
