Outcome(s)

Primary Outcome

Uptake of F18-NKO-035 in lung cancer lesions on PET
(Uptake is evaluated using the semi-quantitative evaluation index SUVmax on PET images.)

Secondary Outcome

Evaluation of LAT1 expression by immunostaining using surgical specimens of lung cancer lesions
Adverse events which occurred after injection of F18-NKO-035 until the end of the examination

Key inclusion & exclusion criteria

• Age minimum: >= 20age old
• Age maximum: Not applicable
• Gender: Both

Include criteria

1) Persons over 20 years old who have been diagnosed with lung cancer with a high probability by pathological diagnosis or CT examination
2) Those who have a solid lesion with a maximum diameter of 2 cm or more in the lung in the CT examination
3) The surgery is planned as above, and pathological evaluation of the lesion can be performed.
4) Persons who have given their written consent to participate in this research

Exclude criteria

1) Persons whose general condition is extremely poor
2) Pregnant women and breast-feeding subjects or those who wish to become pregnant
3) Persons who need to use sedatives for PET/CT imaging
4) Persons who are judged to be unsuitable for the research by the investigator
