Outcome(s)

• Primary Outcome: Onset of postoperative C5 palsy
• Secondary Outcome: drug eruption, adverse event

Key inclusion & exclusion criteria

• Age minimum: >= 20age old
• Age maximum: Not applicable
• Gender: Both
• Include criteria: Patient underwent laminoplasty

Exclude criteria

1.Past cervical surgery, tumor, infection
2.Patients who can be adversely affected by steroid use
3.Patients with muscle weakness (manual muscle test score less than 3) of deltoid and biceps
