Outcome(s)

• Primary Outcome: Progression free survival
• Secondary Outcome: The rate of postoperative lymph edema and lymph node recurrence

Key inclusion & exclusion criteria

• Age minimum: >= 20age old
• Age maximum: <= 85age old
• Gender: Female
• Include criteria: Cervical cancer of stage I with tumor diameter of less than 2 cm, endometrial cancer of stage IA with endometrioid carcinoma of grade 1 or 2

Exclude criteria

Suspicious of lymph node metastasis on preoperative image findings
Neoadjuvant chemotherapy and radiotherapy
