• Intervention(s): Randomization for Steroid injection group or non-injection group after endoscopic balloon dilation

Outcome(s)

• Primary Outcome: Period between endoscopic balloon dilation and restenosis symptom

Secondary Outcome

Improvement rate of dysphagia score,
Safety of steroid injection to lacerations after endoscopic balloon dilation for esophageal endoscopic therapy scars,
Adverse events

Key inclusion & exclusion criteria

• Age minimum: 20age
• Age maximum: 85age
• Gender: Both

Include criteria

1) Esophageal stricture after esophageal EMR, ESD, PDT. Patients have stricture symptom (Dysphagia score, more than 2) Pathological results are esophageal cancers.
3) Strictures are located in thoracic and abdominal esophagus.
4) No organ failure
5) More than 20 years old and less than 85 years old.
6) Written informed consent had been obtained

Exclude criteria

1) Strictures are derived from esophageal cancer itself and Chemo-radiation therapy's scars.
2) Oral steroid intake.
3) Ulcers after endoscopic resection are remained.
4) Non-correctable coagulopathy, or undergoing anticoagulant therapy
5) Uncontrolled complication
