Group A: propylactic antibiotics
Group B: enteral nutrition, synbiotics

Outcome(s)

• Primary Outcome: Incidence of febrile neutropenia
• Secondary Outcome: Incidence of adverse events, fecal microbiota, fecal organic acid concentration, postoperative complications

Key inclusion & exclusion criteria

• Age minimum: >= 20age old
• Age maximum: <= 80age old
• Gender: Both
• Include criteria: Patients with esophageal cancer scheduled for neoadjuvant chemotherapy

Exclude criteria

1. Synchronous or metachronous malignancy
2. Uncontrolled diabetes mellitus
