Outcome(s)

• Primary Outcome: Identification rate of sentinellymph node by using 3D-CT lymphography and ICG fluorescence guidance.

Secondary Outcome

False negative rate of sentinel lymph node
2.Relations between BMI and identification rate of lymph node.

Key inclusion & exclusion criteria

• Age minimum: >= 20age old
• Age maximum: Not applicable
• Gender: Both

Include criteria

Patients with previously untreated cTxN0M0 oral cancer who wasevaluated with clinical examination,ulutrasound ,CT,and or MRI,are the canditates for our stady.
Patients no having in history of previous head and neck canser,no allergy to iodne, shelfisy and ICG.

• Exclude criteria: A history of radiation therapy to neck,or head and neck cancer pregnancy or lactating woman ,or woman with suspected pregnancy
