Primary OutcomeUltrasound and questionnaire
Secondary Outcome3D motion analysis system, gait velocity, balance, plain radiograph, diary, pad test, range of motion, spasticity, muscle force, pain, and cost for diapears or pads.

Age minimum>= 20age old

Include criteriaPatients with impairment in upper lims, lower limbs, or trunk , and healthy subjects
Exclude criteriaHealthy adults with a history of stroke, neuromuscular disease, pacemakers, non-removable magnetic materials near the stimulation site, or pregnant women. Patients with unstable conditions, unable to follow the therapist's instructions, pacemakers, non-removable magnetic materials near the stimulation site, or pregnant women.
