Health condition(s) or Problem(s) studied | Breast cancer |
Date of first enrollment | 17/10/2023 |
Target sample size | 50 |
Countries of recruitment | |
Study type | Interventional |
Intervention(s) | 1. Imaging examination of breast cancer using microwave imaging (MI) technique is indicated for operative patients. 2. Comparison analyses between magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) and MI of breast cancer is performed on the same patient. The factors of analyses incude the coordicate and brightness value of the breast cancer. 3. The samples including cancer tissue, fat and normal mammary gland are collected from the surgically removed specimen. And those samples are served for measuring electric canstant. |
Outcome(s)
Primary Outcome | 1. Mesurement of the deviation of the coodinate and brightness value produced with MRI and MI images of the breast cancer. 2. Assesment of the correlation between the human breast tisue including cancer and its electoric constant. |
