Outcome(s)

• Primary Outcome: Muscle mass, muscle quality (Ultrasonography and CT image at the same cross section)

Secondary Outcome

Muscle mass measured by DXA and BIA
muscle strength of grip and length
walking speed
one leg standing time
5 times chair rise
Locomo stage tests (standing up test, 2step test)
TUG (Timed Up & Test)

Key inclusion & exclusion criteria

• Age minimum: Not applicable
• Age maximum: Not applicable
• Gender: Both

Include criteria

Those who can walk by themselves (even with sticks or walker)
Informed-consent has been obtained

Exclude criteria

who have evident paralysis
diseases in which limb function declines progressively such as Parkinson's disease
Dementia or severe higher brain dysfunction
