Outcome(s)

• Primary Outcome: Change of brain A-beta accumulation measured by PiB/PET
• Secondary Outcome: Change of cognitive functions (MMSE,WMS-R, GDS, ADAS-JCog)

Key inclusion & exclusion criteria

• Age minimum: aroud 40
• Age maximum: around 85
• Gender: Both
• Include criteria: non-diabetic MCI or mild AD of brain A-beta positive

Exclude criteria

1) diabetes
2) abnormal numbers of platelets or erythrocytes,
3) complication such as severe circulatory failure and heart failure,
4) medical histroy of cerebral vascular disease (infarct, hemorrhage)
