Outcome(s)

• Primary Outcome: Difference in the number of skin rashes between vitamin C derivative-applied and non-applied surfaces
• Secondary Outcome: Skin rashe area, Grading

Key inclusion & exclusion criteria

• Age minimum: >= 18age old
• Age maximum: Not applicable
• Gender: Both

Include criteria

- Has provided written consent for participation
- Age 18 or greater at the time of consent
- With ECOG PS 0-2
- Diagnosed with colorectal cancer
- Scheduled to receive chemotherapy including anti-EGFR antibody drugs

Exclude criteria

- Has received anti-EGFR antibody drugs in the past
- With a history of acneiform eruptions
- With a history of hypersensitivity to tetracyclines
- With skin lesions or scarring at the site of evaluation
- Pregnant or possibly pregnant women
- Lactating women
- Deemed ineligible for the study as determined by the principal investigator or a co-investigator
