• Intervention(s): The steroids group received 500 mg hydrocortisone immediately before hepatic-pedicle clamping, followed by 300 mg hydrocortisone on postoperative day (POD) 1, 200 mg on POD 2, and 100 mg on POD 3.

Outcome(s)

• Primary Outcome: Liver failure
• Secondary Outcome: Maximum value of T-Bil and PT-INR

• Age minimum: >= 20age old
• Age maximum: Not applicable
• Gender: Both

Include criteria

1)less than 20 years old
2)Patients who undergo major hepatectomy with bile duct resection
3)Patient who agree to participate in the study

Exclude criteria

1)Patient who disagree to participate in the study]
2)Patient who does not appropriate to use steroid.
