| Intervention(s) | Tranexamic acid group: tranexamic acid 250mg*3/day given on day1 to 30 after EVAR. Non Tranexamic acid group: Do not give any additional drugs. |

| Gender | Both |
| Include criteria | Patients who undergo first bifurcated stent graft treatment for abdominal aortic aneurysm and iliac artery aneurysm at Aichi Medical University Hospital. |
| Exclude criteria | Patents who cannot take internal medicine. |
