• Intervention(s): Using a dietary supplement that categorized the citrulline dosage for protein recovery (citrulline 0 g) / 28 days or protein load (citrulline 1 g) / 28 days or protein load (citrulline 3 g) / 28 days for convalescent rehabilitation patients We will examine the effect.

Outcome(s)

• Primary Outcome: fim, functional independence measure
• Secondary Outcome: body composition, physical performance,nutritional status, blood flow, reactive oxygen species

Key inclusion & exclusion criteria

• Age minimum: >= 40age old
• Age maximum: Not applicable
• Gender: Both

Include criteria

1)Patients who are expected to be hospitalized for more than a month in the rehabilitation ward
2)Patients planning to implement more than 5 units of rehabilitation daily by physical therapists or occupational therapists
3)Patients who can take beverages from oral
4)Patients who are 40 years of age or older and have consent to the study

Exclude criteria

1) Patients who are judged by the researcher or the primary physician as having continued intake of the research beverage due to the problem of swallowing function and renal function reduction (creatinine 2 or more)
2) Patients who may develop allergy symptoms to research drinks
3) Arginine metabolism disorder patient
4) Patients with acute heart failure / liver failure
5) Patients who have judged that participation in the study is not appropriate by the research director or the doctor in charge
