• Primary Outcome: Bacterial detection rate of surgical site before and after surgery by disinfection methods
• Secondary Outcome: Surgical site infection rate within 3 months after surgery

Key inclusion & exclusion criteria

• Age minimum: >= 20age old
• Age maximum: Not applicable
• Gender: Both
• Include criteria: Patients with lumber canal stenosis undergoing spinal decompression without instrumentation
• Exclude criteria: Patients with allergy against alcohol or povidone iodine, emergency surgery, physician judgement
