Intervention(s)One set of 30 hip abduction exercises Rest for 3 minutes between sets One set of hip abduction exercise before, during,and after HAL application, each in the supine position After each exercise, primary and secondaryendpoints will be measured.

Primary Outcome%MVC of hip abductor muscles during hip abduction with and without HAL using surface electromyography (Ultium MyoMotion, Noraxon Inc., Scottsdale, AZ, USA)
Secondary Outcome% MVC of hip flexor/extensor and knee flexor/extensor muscles during hip abduction with and with out HAL using surface electromyography (UltiumMyoMotion, Noraxon Inc., Scottsdale, AZ, USA) Vital signs (blood pressure, heart rate, SpO2) Hip joint VAS (visual analogue scale) Range of motion assessment (ROM: hip flexion/extension/abduction, knee flexion/extension)

Include criteriaHealthy adults 18 years of age and older without hip motion impairment
Exclude criteria1.Undergoing treatment for cardiovascular or respiratory disease 2.Has a history of hip trauma or surgery 3.Not of HAL-eligible physique 4.Skin disease that prevents HAL bioelectrodes from being attached 5.Inability to give consent 6.Participating in a clinical trial or other clinical study 7.Other conditions that the physician deems inappropriate.
