The Clinical Trial of Stellate Ganglion Phototherapy for treatment of premature ventricular contraction.

Intervention(s)The total of 10 minites stellate ganglion phototherapy with super lizer mini was performed every day at home for two weeks.

Outcome(s)

Primary OutcomeThe trend of the frequency of premature ventricular contraction per day between before stellate ganglion phototherapy and after.
Secondary OutcomeThe morphology of premature ventricular contraction, daily trend of premature ventricular contraction,the trend of the heart rate and symptoms such as palpitation, fatigue or discomfort in chest between before stellate ganglion phototherapy and after and the presence of skin disorders.

Key inclusion & exclusion criteria

Age minimum>= 18age old
Age maximum< 80age old
GenderBoth
Include criteria(1) Diagnosed with premature ventricular contraction (PVC), (2) The frequency of the PVC was over 5,000 beats per day in the holter electrocardiography in 3 months before on the obtaing consent, (3) Understanding the appropriate use of super lizer mini, (4) Aged 18 to 80 on the obtaing consent, (5) Obtained written the informed consent, (6) Out patient.
Exclude criteria(1) Diagnosed with photosensitivity disorder, (2) Low ejection fraction (under 40%) or moderate or severe valvular disease was recognized with transthoracic echocardiography in 6 months before on the obtaing consent, (3) Perceptual disorder at neck due to uncontrolled severe diabetes mellitus, (4) Uncontrolled hypertension or unstable ischemic heart disease, (5) Adjudicated inappropriate by principal investigator.
