• Intervention(s): Electrocautery ablation therapy using Surgitron dual EMC for anal intraepithelial carcinoma

Outcome(s)

• Primary Outcome: Eradication rate of anal carcinoma after 6 months

Secondary Outcome

Eradication rate of anal carcinoma after 3 months
The rate of complication after ablation therapy

Key inclusion & exclusion criteria

• Age minimum: >= 20age old
• Age maximum: Not applicable
• Gender: Both

Include criteria

(1) Subjects who have given written consent to participate in the study.
2) person aged 20 years or older.
3) Patients with a diagnosis of anal intraepithelial carcinoma or neoplasia based on the results of histological findings

Exclude criteria

1) Invasive cancer
2) Patients whom the principal investigator judges to be inappropriate for inclusion in the study.
3) pregnant or breastfeeding woman
