• Intervention(s): We wear an Apple watch series 4 on the patients to measure pulse and evaluate safety.

Outcome(s)

• Primary Outcome: We will investigate the accuracy of diagnosis of paroxysmal atrial fibrillation.

Secondary Outcome

1, Rate of paroxysmal atrial fibrillation after cardiovascular surgery
2, Sensitivity and specificity of the diagnosis of wristband type continuous pulse measurement device
3, Predictor calculation of paroxysmal atrial firillation

Key inclusion & exclusion criteria

• Age minimum: >= 20age old
• Age maximum: < 90age old
• Gender: Both

Include criteria

1, Cardiovascular disease requiring surgical intervention
2, Patients between 20 and 89 years of age who consent

Exclude criteria

1, Patients with pacemaker
2, Patients with meta and rubber allergies
3, Patients whose wrist have skin troubles
4, Other patients judged to be inappropriate by the principal investigator or investigator
