Outcome(s)

• Primary Outcome: duration of surgery, number of anastomoses, discovery rate of lymphatic vessels
• Secondary Outcome: change in lymphatic vessels and veins before and after surgery

Key inclusion & exclusion criteria

• Age minimum: >= 20age old
• Age maximum: Not applicable
• Gender: Both
• Include criteria: Patients who were diagnosed with lymphedema of the lower limbs or upper limbs and were scheduled to undergo surgery after the doctor in charge judged lymphaticovascular anastomosis to be an indication.
• Exclude criteria: Those who are (suspected to be) allergic to local anesthetics or iodine.
