• Primary Outcome: slope of eGFR

4. Protein-to-creatinine ratios (Up/Cr)

Key inclusion & exclusion criteria

• Age minimum: >= 20age old
• Age maximum: Not applicable
• Gender: Both

Include criteria

1) Chronic kidney disease (CKD)
2) eGFR: 15-60mL/min/1.73m2 (stage3 or 4)
3) Age: = or >20 years old
4) Male and female
5) Outpatient of Kampo medicine clinic or general medicine clinic at Tokai university hospital, or clinic of Shonan hospital
6) No major changes in medication
7) Written informed consent

Exclude criteria

1) Improper dosing
2) Allergies to Kampo medicine
3) Pregnant
