Outcome(s)

• Primary Outcome: Improvement rate of hyperkeratosis

Secondary Outcome

Time course of hyperkeratosis
The area of the lesion
Evaluation by the subjects
The change of the lesion using dermoscope
The pathological change before and after intervention

Key inclusion & exclusion criteria

• Age minimum: >= 20age old
• Age maximum: Not applicable
• Gender: Both

Include criteria

Clinically or histopathologically diagnosed with porokeratosis
More than two lesions or have a lesion of at lease 10cm in diameter
Obtained consent

• Exclude criteria: Patients with contraindications to atorvastatin use
