Primary OutcomeChanges in blood oxygenation, antioxidation, inflammatory cytokine (IL-6, IL-8, IL-18), endotoxin, adiponectin, counts before and after cPED
Secondary Outcome1. Incidence of adverse events. 2. Changes in blood test data before and after cPED. 3. Changes in severity assessment scores before and after cPED. 4. Number of days in ICU. 5. 28-day survival or discharge survival.

Age minimum>= 18age old

GenderBoth
Include criteriaThe severe acute pancreatitis patients whose physician presume that plasma exchange is effective.
Exclude criteriaPatients deemed inappropriate by the study director.
