Age minimum>= 20age old

Include criteria1) Vocalization disability patients in amyotrophic lateral sclerosis with consent ability. 2) Recognizing the significance of this research and participate in the research voluntarily. 3) The person or legal representative who gave the consent in writing after explaining with the consent explanation document.
Exclude criteria1) Persons with skin disorders at the electrode mounting site. 2) Contraindications to electrical stimulation therapy. 3) Persons with vestibular dysfunction.
