Age minimum | >= 18age old |

Age maximum | < 50age old |
Gender | Female |
Include criteria | 1) Maternal age: 18 years old and over, under 50 years old 2) 50 healthy women without complications 3) 50 pregnant women who are planning to deliver at our department. |
Exclude criteria | If not gain consent |
