Outcome(s)

Primary Outcome

1) Make healthy women take fluctoligosaccharides, assesment of increase experhal hydrogen and the degree
2) Make pregnant women take fluctoligosaccharides, assesment of increase experhal hydrogen and the degree

• Secondary Outcome: Evaluation of side effects and other safety caused by fructooligosaccharide

Key inclusion & exclusion criteria

• Age minimum: >= 18age old
• Age maximum: < 50age old
• Gender: Female

Include criteria

1) Maternal age: 18 years old and over, under 50 years old
2) 50 healthy women without complications
3) 50 pregnant women who are planning to deliver at our department.

• Exclude criteria: If not gain consent
