Intervention(s)

1.iv both ketamine 0.5 mg/kg and midazolam 0.04 mg/kg for 40 min
2. taking a blood sample

Outcome(s)

• Primary Outcome: effect of ketamine on refractory depression
• Secondary Outcome: assessment of biomarkers after intravenous injection of ketamine

Key inclusion & exclusion criteria

• Age minimum: >= 20age old
• Age maximum: <= 65age old
• Gender: Both
• Include criteria: patients with refractory depression diagnosed by psychiatrists

Exclude criteria

1. patients who has allergy to ketamine
2, patients who are diagnosed with glaucoma or high pressure of increased intracranial pressure
