Key inclusion & exclusion criteria

Age minimum>= 20age old
Age maximum<= 65age old
GenderBoth
Include criteriapatients with refractory depression diagnosed by psychiatrists
Exclude criteria1. patients who has allergy to ketamine 2, patients who are diagnosed with glaucoma or high pressure of increased intracranial pressure
