Primary OutcomeAmount of change in number of oral bacteria before washing mouth converted by common logarithm conversion
Secondary Outcome1. Changes over time of the amounts of PG and AA bacteria by quantitative PCR method 2. inflammation of the mucous membrane around the implant 3. plaque index

Age minimum>= 20age old

Include criteriaA patient who is transitioning to implant maintenance treatment at the oral implant department, Iwate Medical University, understands the purpose of this research, and covers those who can gain cooperation.
Exclude criteria1. Patients with severe systemic desease 2. Patients taking drugs or the like that affect the bacterial flora in the oral cavity. 3. Patient suffering from infection. 4. Patient with poor oral cleaning. 5. Pregnant women, patients who may be pregnant. Patients who are breastfeeding. 6. Patients who are contraindicated for general oral surgical procedures. 7. Other patients who are not appropriate for participating in clinical research.
